Release 0.4 Week 1
During class, I’ve learnt about ESLint and the opportunity to work on Firefox, by ESLinting their code.
I saw it as an opportunity to work on a big code for a prestigious open-source project and get over the fear of big projects.
So I landed on the bug 1508819 to work on the path
dom/bindings and apply ESLint throughout that directory.
After following these instructions and running
./mach eslint --fix dom/bindings to automatically fix common errors and the first commit, I landed on 234 errors.
After a couple of hours, I was able to reduce that number to 29 and I believe I will be able to do make the second commit within the next couple of days. That way, it will free the road for my next PRs.
